- Conducting needs assessments and developing learning objectives
- Designing and creating training materials and programs, such as e-learning modules, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments
- Delivering training programs and coordinating the facilitation of workshops
- Collaborating with subject-matter experts and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements
- Managing the scheduling, logistics, and communication of training programs
- Maintaining and updating training materials and programs based on changes in business needs
- Providing coaching and support to trainers and facilitators
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in L&D
