In my opinion this book by Maria Morukian is an instrumental tool for us, in L&D aiming to fortify strategies with DEI principles. It not only enriches our understanding but also enhances our capability to lead more inclusive and effective learning programs.

As an L&D Program Manager, I've applied the CRAP principles o my materials: Contrast, Repetition, Alignment and Proximity.

This is a must-read for those in Instructional Design and I highly recommend it for those seeking to enhance their design skills.
